Branch Office Remote Site Management
Designed specifically for remote site locations with small IT installations where there is little or no dedicated on-site IT staff, the CPM will help you resolve networking issues quickly from a central office. Combine console access, remote power reboot, automatic transfer switching, temperature monitoring and power reporting and do away with the need to purchase separate products for each function.
Secure Console Access, Anytime
Access, manage and maintain your remote networking devices via their serial console port, over your IP network, from your central office location. In the event of a network failure, access is still possible via the RSM’s integrated secure modem, ensuring you have complete control all of the time. Comprehensive security and authentication features on the RSM prevents unauthorised access and ensures the Remote Site Manager integrates seamlessly into your existing corporate security standards.
Remote Power Control/Reboot
Reboot locked up equipment instantly without the need for costly site visits. Optionally turn attached equipment on or off at scheduled times, for example, when staff have gone home and at weekends, saving energy costs.
Automatic Transfer Switching
Integrated automatic transfer switching from your primary power supply to a back-up or secondary supply will provide your single-corded devices with full redundancy ensuring they are always up and running even if your primary power source fails. Transfer to the secondary power source is instant and seamless, not affecting the attached device’s performance in any way.
Temperature Monitoring
The CPM constantly monitors your remote rack temperature level with its integral sensor. If the temperature exceeds your pre-defined thresholds, the CPM will notify you immediately ensuring you can take action before high temperatures force a shutdown of your IT systems. The CPM can, if necessary, turn on external fans or air-conditioning to help bring rack temperature back to normal levels.
Power Monitoring
Monitor power to all your branch office IT devices and produce live, weekly, monthly and annual trending graphs, without any additional software, giving you unprecedented insight into how much power your individual rack or branch office is consuming.

Access all your networking devices via their RS232 serial console ports for re-configuring, rebooting, re-loading and upgrading firmware at a BIOS level.
The CPM Console + Power Manager will allow you to centrally access, manage and maintain your networking devices via their serial console port, using your IP network. In the event of a network failure, access is still possible via an optional analogue or 4G LTE cellular modem, ensuring you have complete control all of the time.
If communication via the primary network is interrupted, the CPM will still be accessible via the secondary network, providing continuous access to attached devices.
Optional automatic transfer switching from your primary power supply to a back-up or secondary supply will provide your single-corded devices with full redundancy even if your primary power source fails. For dual power supply devices, choose our dual power bus CPM to ensure no loss of redundancy.
The CPM will measure amps, wattage, voltage and kilowatt-hours and log these measurements to its own non-volatile memory, alleviating the need for external storage.The on-board Linux web server produces live, weekly, monthly and annual trending graphs and/or power reports so that you know exactly how much power each individual device or rack is consuming over time
